Not online? You can control your calls from your phone. When you get a call to your RingCentral number, it’ll be directed to whichever phone you’re using. Before you accept the call, you can hear a recording of the caller’s name. A phone prompt will give you options: accept, reject or send to voicemail.
In addition, you can send a fax by phone with our Fax on Demand capability. Simply upload a document to your online account and assign it to an extension. Using Fax on Demand, callers can dial an extension, enter their phone number, and have the document faxed directly to their fax machine. You can also use this service to quickly fax your saved document to someone via your telephone! Simply call in, select one of your Fax on Demand extensions and enter their phone number!
