How long are my received faxes stored?

Your faxes are kept an unlimited time, up to 200 message, in your online account and indefinitely in your Call Manager inbox.

Can I send from any application?

Yes. You can send or broadcast faxes directly from any Microsoft Windows® application. When you click the Print button, your document will be converted to a fax and sent to any fax machine with a US or international number. You can also fax or broadcast directly from Microsoft Outlook® using your existing contact information.

Can I block junk faxes?

Yes. Unlike a traditional fax machine, eXtremeFax lets you block junk faxes as easily as you block junk email. You’ll save time and money on printing costs.

How can I electronically sign faxes?

Create a bitmap of your signature and then fax the signature to yourself or scan it and save it to your hard-drive. Once saved, you add the file as a "Stamp" in the eXtremeFax FaxEditor application. Adding it to the document you want to fax is as simple as clicking your mouse.

How can I broadcast faxes to multiple people?

In your online account, you can create “groups” of contacts and then easily send faxes to those groups.

Can I check eXtremeFax voicemail messages from any phone?

You can use any phone to check your messages by calling your toll-free or local eXtreme Fax number directly. As soon as your service answers or as soon as it starts ringing, press star (*) and enter your password followed by the pound (#) key.

Can I also receive phone calls on my eXtremeFax number?
